| Do you actually make this work? | Yes - we make absolutely everything that you see on our site. Beau designs and makes all the carvings. |
| Do you have payment plans available for larger selections? | Yes - You simply make 3 installments to complete your purchase. This is for carvings over $300. Just contact us for details. |
| How are the carvings shipped ? | They are shipped via UPS ground or the US Postal Service for small items. There is a $6.50 shipping charge on all orders except when you choose to ship the item via a different method. All items shipped out of the United States will be calculated on an individual basis. |
| Are other methods of shipping available? | Yes - if you need items faster you can choose any of the methods available. Just contact us for details. |
| How long does it take to complete an order and ship it? | That depends on complexity of your piece and the number of carvings that we are working on. It usually takes 3-4 weeks to complete most orders. I will contact you if your order will take longer. |
| What happens if damage occurs during shipment? | All you have to do is contact us and we will begin the process to replace your order. Please do not ship it back before this since all orders are insured and we have to follow proper steps to file the claim. |
